How it works
1 Before you buyReview the listing, photos and COA where the seller attached them. Message seller with questions about grade, MI, packaging or quantity. The price is for the full lot; all fees are shown before you pay.
2 FreightLots are sold FOB origin. You arrange pickup and freight; risk of loss passes to you when the carrier picks up. Note any freight damage on the delivery receipt.
3 InspectYou have 5 business days after delivery (10 business days for railcar lots) to inspect the material and tell us if anything is wrong.
4 Report a problemNot as described, short weight, or COA missing or not matching: email info@resinsurplus.com or call 1-424-433-6719 within the window.
What to send us
Your order number, photos, the delivery receipt, and any test results. We’ll work with you and the seller to resolve it.
