For Buyers

Free.
You can search, filter, and view all listings by process, polymer, condition, and specs without an account.
Submitting RFQs & Inquiries
Free.
There is no fee to:

Request pricing
Request a COA
Contact a seller
Login is only required when submitting an inquiry to ensure accurate routing and follow-up.
Purchasing Material
Pricing and transaction terms are negotiated directly between buyers and sellers. ResinSurplus does not process payments or act as an escrow service.
For Sellers
Listing Material
Listing material on ResinSurplus is available to approved suppliers.
Depending on volume, material type, and listing format, sellers may be subject to:
A per-listing fee
A monthly or annual subscription
A success-based referral fee for facilitated large-volume deals
Fee structures are communicated clearly prior to listing or engagement.
Large Volume & Surplus Deals
For truckload quantities, ongoing supply agreements, or complex surplus situations, ResinSurplus may offer assisted deal facilitation. Fees for these engagements are discussed on a case-by-case basis.
No Hidden Fees
ResinSurplus does not charge:
Buyer transaction fees
Payment processing fees
Messaging or communication fees
Mandatory subscriptions to browse or inquire
All commercial terms remain between buyers and sellers.
Custom Pricing for Enterprise & High-Volume Users
Buyers and sellers with recurring volume, multi-location needs, or specialized material requirements may qualify for custom arrangements.
